Arrowroot print, with the artist's inkstamp, titled and inscribed '17bis' on the reverse, inscribed 'MoMA dupe 2002', with label from David Tunick, NY.

9 x 7 in. (sheet), 13 3/4 x 15 3/4 in. (frame).

Note: The inscription '17bis' refers to Atget's address at 17bis rue Campagne-Premiere, in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, where he  lived and worked from 1898-1927.

Condition

Some pale staining at the extreme sheet edges. Otherwise in very good condition. Not withstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
