Born into a family of artists, Harry Viet inherited a love of beautiful things and an appreciation for the creative process from his father and grandfather, amassing a collection of fine art, objects and decorations over decades and displaying them in his country home in bucolic Lyme, CT. His keen eye and connoisseurship led him to acquire works that complemented those by his grandfather, esteemed Orientalist painter Maurice Bompard.
