Two oil on canvas mounted on board, 1938 and 1937, both signed 'W. Starkweather' lower right, both titled, dated and inscribed 'By William Starkweather' on the reverse, Light on the Cliff, inscribed 'Painted in the Magdalen Islands' and Havre, inscribed 'Painted in the Magdalen Islands, P.Q. Canada' on the reverse. Both 12 1/4 x 16 1/4 in., 18 1/2 x 23 in. (frame).
