With a portrait of Napoleon on the central door behind glass (probably pictured as a prisoner of the English at St Helena 1815-1821). The thermometers engraved: 'C MASPERO Manchester'.

In generally good condition. It is not clear if the clock, barometer or thermometers work. Small, hinged door to left of clock case is stiff. Some cracking, missing and repaired veneer. Rubbing to the paint on the clock dial. Craquelure and discolored varnish to the paint of the portrait with molding missing on the lower part. Pendulum in place. The back of the case is lined with metal. No key present.
