Evidence of old worming with associated losses throughout. Gouges on the right side panel of the shelf. The top of the base with staining, age splits, large patch, veneer losses and replacements and a slight warp. The drawers have bowed with minor losses along the edges. The cupboard doors have old repairs, nicks with minor losses. Back panels are loose and one is replaced. The hardware is later in date. Structurally sound. Not withstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
