Note: German artist and musician Walter Dahn paints in a New-Expressionist style that uses symbolism and gestural brushstrokes. Dahn has been influential in the Neue Wilde movement and was part of the artists collective known as Mulheimer Freiheit. His interest in Outsider art can be seen in this painting.
