The first commemorating the Tirah Expedition and the battle of Dargai Heights, brown printed mark for Campellfield Pottery Co.; the second molded with a portrait Sir Colin Campbell. The first 8 x 6 x 4 1/2 in., the second 8 1/2 x 6 x 5 in. Provenance: The first Phillips London, 18 May 1987, lot 314. Condition: The first with minor wear and a few nicks. The second with a restored handle which has been further reglued, there is some crazing to the glaze overall and a few nicks.,
