The arm chair 29 3/4 x 24 1/4 20 1/4 in., seat height 17 1/2 in.; the adjustable chair 32 3/4 x 19 1/4 x 18 in., seat height 19 in.

The arm chair with pitting, rust and corrosion to the metal arms, support and legs. The adjustable chair in generally good condition, with scattered pitting and rusting to the lower metal part and cracked rubber casters. The lever no longer functioning. Both structurally sound; scattered scuffs and nicks; would benefit from a polish.
