With a cotton label on the reverse in Japanese: 'Tatsumura Heizo Oribe Brocade'.

Note: The word 'Oribe' originated from the green color used to glaze Oribe ware. The Tatsumura Heizo who made this rug is the fourth textile artist of this name. The first, and best known, founded the business in the early 20th century.
