The marble top with some nicks and naturally occurring pitting.  Fading to surface caused by sun exposure. Interior in original dark mahogany color. A few interior bone drawer pulls with minor damage. Horizontal age crack across the exterior of almost the entire drop front writing surface, also visible inside to a lesser extent. Smaller vertical age cracks to the left side. Mounts darkened with age, particularly sabots. In generally good condition. Back legs are later in date, the front ones have more age, but can possibly be later in date.
