Comprising:
A three-seat sofa, 29 1/2 x 6 ft. 11 in. x 32 in., seat height 18 in.
A pair of armchairs, 30 1/4 x 26 x 32 in., seat heights 15 and 17 in.
A pair of end tables with slate tops, 25 x 24 1/2 x 24 1/2 in.

Condition
The sofa and chairs in good overall condition with some pillows needing more filler, and one pillow has loose trim. Scattered staining to the upholstery. The table frames have oxidized with slight staining to the tops. All structurally sound.
