Note: The frame likely made by James Todd, as noted by the label. Todd owned the Looking Glass Factory on Exchange Street in Portland, Maine from 1820 to 1866. Arriving in Maine from his training in Boston, he operated the factory until 1866 when it was destroyed in Portland's Great Fire.
Condition
Sheet laid down on tissue-thin paper and mounted on paperboard. Staining. Creasing, some nicks, tiny losses and a few small repaired tears around the sheet edges. A small loss at the top right sheet corner, backed and touched-in.
