One missing molding to upper part of base. One lower part locked. Discoloration and minor water damage to the bottom of the plinth bases. In generally good condition. Structurally sound. Good color. Not withstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
