Apocryphal Yongzheng reign mark to base of underplates. 5 1/2 x 8 in. diam. Provenance: The Collection of Henry P. McIlhenny, sold Christie's New York, May 21, 1987, lot 569. Condition: There is minor wear and some staining consistent with age and use. The bottom edges of each jardinière have chips to the glaze, also residue buildup to the drainage holes. One jardinière with multiple chips to rim, the other with a few chips to rim.
