In three parts: desk, chest of drawers and base.
The desk painted with the name: 'OLIVER DAVIS' and dated: '1817.'
39 1/2 x 41 3/4 x 18 1/2 in.
Note: This might possibly be in honor of Oliver Davis, 1757-1817, Athens, Windham County, Vermont.
Condition
In generally good condition. Replaced hardware. Painting possibly refreshed. Water marks, scuffs, cracks and nicks to the top. Cracks to the veneer at the front of the lower three drawers. Seam separation, nicks and scuffs to the lower part. Structurally sound.
