Three mixed media collages on foamcore, signed 'Rivers' lower right, in a plexibox frame. 29 1/2 x 30 in. (frame).
Note: These album cover designs by Rivers were done for Delbert McClinton and Glen Clark's album from circa 1972 called Delbert & Glen. The image lower right was chosen as the album cover. Delbert and Glen were discovered by Earl while he was head of Clean Records, a subsidiary or Atlantic Records. Earl brought Atlantic Records head Ahmet Ertegun to hear the band play one night in the hills above Los Angeles and Ertegun agreed to sign them. The album produced the only Clean Records top forty hit.
