Note: Following the publication of Slouching Towards Bethlehem in 1968, Time Magazine sent photographer Julian Wasser to photograph Joan Didion. This iconic series of photographs was shot at the rented house on Franklin Avenue in Hollywood where Didion lived with John Dunne and their young daughter, Quintana Roo.
