The set of nine woodcuts in colors on various paper, text, justification and paper cover, 1961, signed and numbered 9 of 20 on the justification; and Ten Proverbs, the set of ten woodcuts in colors in-texte on wove paper, justification and paper cover, 1959, signed in pencil on the frontispiece, signed and numbered 7 of 30 (the total edition was 350), both portfolios in a green linen-covered slipcase; and Heads, the bound book of twenty-four woodcuts on various papers, 1960, signed and numbered 19 of 30 with the extra print (the total edition was 450).

Wren Boys' all 12 x 8 3/4 in. (sheet), Ten Proverbs all 12 3/4 x 8 3/4 in. (sheet), Heads 8 1/2 x 6 in.

Condition

Wren Boys' in very good condition. Ten Proverbs with an area of skinning and staining on the frontispiece, some pale staining at the sheet edges. Both together in a linen-covered slipcase and with bookplates on the inside of the cover papers. Heads in excellent condition.Not withstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
