Note: Hand painted in Italy for Clare Booth Luce, the Ambassador to Italy in the early 1950's.

Each with wear consistent with use, scattered glaze gaps from firing to edges. The tirpartite platter with restoration to the edges. One serving bowl with a tiny rim chip. Both circular platter with rim chips. Nine plates with small rim chips, two with restored rim chips, one with a foot chip. Otherwise in good condition.Not withstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
