Comprising four English embroidery fragments, 31 x 20 in.

A metal thread embroidered silk ecclesiastical garment, 34 x 22 1/2 in.

A needlework tapestry fragment depicting fruit, 5 ft. 1 x 34 1/4 in.

A crewelwork linen curtain, 5 ft. 9 1/2 x 44 1/4 in.

Condition

The four English embroidery fragments in good overall condition, with minor wear throughout. Formerly used as upholstery. The ecclesiastical garment with scattered staining, fraying around the edges, and wear throughout. The needlework tapestry fragment with minor staining and wear throughout, formerly used as upholstery. The crewelwork curtain in good overall condition, with a small hole in one corner, and a small tear near the top. Minor fraying and light staining throughout, particularly to the top.
