Rubbed top rails. Scuffing, nicks and worming throughout. Slightly loose frames. Rush seats slightly worn, one with losses. Slight damaged to one back upright. Some repairs to stretchers; all four missing bottom back stretcher. Cherry chair has some age cracks to the chair rails and probably has been cut down. Not withstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
