The coffee pot 10 1/2 x 10 x 4 3/4 in., the tray 16 3/4 x 27 1/2 in. (over handles), 89.5 oz. approx. weighable.

Each with wear consistent with use. The teapot insulators replaced. The coffee pot and waste bowl slightly rock on base. The waste bowl and jug with small bruises, the sugar bowl cover with an impacted finial. The silver plate tray with wear and rubbing, some areas of base metal bleeding through. Otherwise in good condition. Not withstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
