The tankard mark of G. Payne & Son, Birmingham, 1927, hedgehog thumbpiece, dragon handle and lion supports; the cigarette box, marked 'Sterling' and lined in cedar, inscribed from NYU in appreciation from the graduate school of business administration.

The tankard 5 3/4 in. high, the cigarette box 6 in. wide, 31.7 oz. approx. gross weight.

Condition

Minor wear, a few abrasions to the tankard. The box with water staining to the interior, rubbing to the engraving, the hinge slightly popped. Otherwise in good condition.Not withstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
