Two watercolor on paper tipped to paper mounts, Parade with watermark 'Gater 1810', unsigned; Funeral with a hand-inscribed poem on the reverse. Both 7 1/4 x 9 1/4 in. (sheet), 16 1/2 x 18 in. (frame).
Note: The poem on the reverse of one of these watercolors is attributed to William Spencer (1769-1834). Spender was a son of Lord Charles Spencer and grandson of Charles Spencer, Duke of Marlborough.
