The paint chipped and rubbed back. Vertical seam separation and age cracks on backboards. Gouge to lower part of one headboard. Replaced wooden brace to the other lower part of frame. Damage where the rails were previously attached. Evidence of old worming. Otherwise in generally good condition. Structurally sound. Not withstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
