When closed the top has a semi-circular gouge, age cracks, scuffing and staining.  When opened the top with age cracks and scattered scuffing.  Seam separation to the veneer on the edges of the top, one piece of veneer missing.  Age cracks, seam separation, scuffs and nicks to the lower part.  In generally good condition.  Structurally sound.Not withstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
