Note: The Tek Sing Treasures were part of the cargo of a three-masted Chinese ocean going junk which sunk in the South China Sea on the Belvidere Shoals in February 6, 1822. It was carrying a large cargo of porcelain, and Chinese immigrants. It was found by British marine salvor Michael Hatcher  on May 12, 1999.

Condition

Three hairline cracks to the interior of the large bowl and one on the base, with very small rim and foot chips. 3/4 in. rim chip to the dish. Surface residue to both. Not withstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
