Note: Mrs. Christopher Lowndes (1726-1789), born Elizabeth Tasker, was the daughter of Benjamin Tasker (1690-1768), President of the Council and provincial governor of Maryland. Through her father's side of the family, the Taskers were descendants of the first Lord Baltimore. Elizabeth married Christopher Lowndes (1713-1785) on May 14, 1747.

Condition

Lined. Craquelure with scattered inpainting, some in the face and neck. Surface soiling. Otherwise in good condition.
