In generally good condition. The chair headrest is slightly loose and would benefit from tightening. The chair upholstery with two rips in the seat through to the stuffing. Both chair and ottoman with worn upholstery, scattered scuffs and nicks to the wood, and scattered scuffs, nicks, and pitting to the chrome feet. Structurally sound.
