Two gelatin silver prints, 1996, both signed with initials, dated and inscribed 'NYC' at right, with the artist's inkstamp on the reverse; together with Forward/20 Years of Time Talks/Brigitte Lacombe, the book of reproductions of photographs (two of Didion on page 12), signed and inscribed 'NYC, December 5th, 2019/ For Joan, Happy Birthday Thank you Love and amitié' on the title page.

Both 14 x 11 in. (sheet), 17 1/2 x 17 1/2 in. (frame).

Note: Brigitte Lacombe photographed Didion many times, particularly towards the end of her life.
