Watercolor on heavy paper, 1924, signed 'Bertram Hartman', dated and inscribed 'St. Tropez' lower left, inscribed '19 Drying Sails Blue Vessel St. Tropez' on the reverse. 23 x 15 1/2 in. (sheet), 28 x 21 1/2 in. (frame).
Provenance: Helen Farr Sloan.
Condition: Very pale mat staining and some minor surface soiling. Otherwise in very good condition. Remains of old brown paper tape and surface soiling on the reverse.
